Reclaimed Faux Box Beams &  Wrapping LVL Beams with Barn Wood

HANDCRAFTED FROM RECLAIMED Hemlock

BOX BEAMS

For many of our clients real beams are just to heavy and hard to install when doing a renovation. Our team has come up with the perfect formula of reclaimed wood to make our beams look like the real deal. We offer our beams in 3 sided and 4 sided. 3 sided are perfect when installing over existing ceiling beams or when installing new ceiling beams. Our 4 sided option is great when you want floating beams in a vaulted ceiling. Our faux beams are authentic reclaimed wood.

For many of our clients they want to choose the wood to use for their faux box beams which is great! Typically, we have a fairly good variety of hemlock barn wood in stock to choose from.

More times than not our customers choose to have the box beams built on site by their "trim guy". We love this option as transporting a 20' faux box beam can be difficult. Wrapping LVL beams can be the hardest faux box beams to build off site. LVL beams are usually bigger than your typically 8x8 and can be more like 4x10. More times than not we simply supply the barn wood to build the box beams to the general contractor or homeowner.  In doing so they get to choose their wood and the "trim guy" builds those beams on site!

Our reclaimed kiln-dried hemlock barn wood is $7.50 a square foot. Give us a call and we can discuss your next faux box beam project.
