Reclaimed wood benches
Our benches are made with 100+ year old reclaimed lumber. We build all of our benches with you in mind. We choose each piece with love and care. Choose from one of our standard benches or let us build you a custom bench to fit your homes needs.
THE ALCOVY BENCH
To make the Alcovy, we take our reclaimed hand hew beams and we "skin" them. We take them to the sawmill and have 2 " cuts shaved off the sides to make a unique hand hewn beam skin bench! Sizes range from 4 to 8 foot.
THE OLD WOOD BENCH
Reclaimed circle sawn wood benches are simple yet make a great statement in hallways or entry ways. We can build them to any length and with. Comes standard with hairpin legs. Made with mixed barnwood.
THE MULBERRY BENCH
The Mulberry Bench is named after the Mulberry River which flows through Northeast Ga. The bench mixes rough sawn oak ca. 1910 with metal. Each bench is custom made. Offered in 3 to 7 foot lengths.
THE CHESTNUT
The Chestnut bench is made with reclaimed hand hewn American Chestnut logs...sometimes referred to as "Wormy Chestnut". Our logs come from West Virginia mountain homesteads. We have a limited supply of these logs. We will make as many benches as we can before they are gone. 4 to 5 foot long - width and thickness varies by log.
ALCOVY SHOTGUN BENCH
This bench was designed with the hunter in mind. Many days after a long hunt you just need a place to sit down and take those muddy boots off. Then you need to put those muddy boots, shotgun shells, vests and bourbon on the bottom shelf for safe storage. Available in 4 to 6 foot lengths and 8 to 11 inches in width.
THE GOOD OLE' BENCH
The Good Ole Bench is designed to be simply a good ole bench. We use our reclaimed 100 year old heart pine to build these. We love the saw marks, nail holes and inconsistencies...they pair well with our Monroe Farmhouse table for sure. Available in 5, 6, 7 & 8 foot lengths and are roughly 11 inches wide.
